6-Month Paddle Warranty
Effective Date: 10/01/2025
Covered Product: Pickleball Paddle(s) purchased from Tisdell Pickleball or an authorized retailer.
Warranty Coverage
Tisdell Pickleball provides a 6-month limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship, including but not limited to:
- Structural cracks in the paddle face caused by manufacturing flaws
- Handle or core separation due to defective construction
- Delamination or bubbling of the paddle surface resulting from manufacturing error
If a covered defect is confirmed, Tisdell Pickleball will, at its discretion, replace the paddle with the same model and style.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, chips, fading graphics, edge guard wear, etc.)
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper storage, modification, or accidents
- Damage resulting from hitting objects other than pickleballs
- Commercial or rental use
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers or second-hand sales
- Any cosmetic issues that do not affect performance
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a warranty claim:
- The paddle must have been purchased within the last 6 months.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- The paddle must not have been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Tisdell Pickleball.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To file a claim, please email us at support@tisdellpickleball.com or fill out the form at the bottom of this page with:
- Your full name and contact information
- Proof of purchase
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos showing the defect
A member of our team will review your claim and respond within 5–7 business days.
Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the paddle. Tisdell Pickleball is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
